February Guest Chef was AWESOME! Frankie, Troy and Trey came in, (their second time doing Guest Chef with us!) and prepared a five star jambalaya.

It was a delicious combination of rice, kielbasa sausage, chicken, garlic, tomatoes and more. It was absolutely divine! Then for dessert, we had a sweet chocolate and strawberry trifle.

So tasty! Thank you all for coming in and sharing a meal with us!

We are getting ready for springtime in our garden at The BridgeLine Place! We have planted some veggie and herb seeds and can’t wait to see how they grow.

We will be posting updates along the way so everyone can see the progress of our garden. We can’t wait to use these veggies in our clubhouse lunches!

This weekend we kicked off our very first Guest Chef dinner of the year! We had the wonderful Spicer family return for their THIRD guest chef dinner with us!

The Belmont house was overflowing with laughter, fun stories, reggae music and the delectable aroma of the Italian dinner they were preparing. We gathered around the table to enjoy a savory homemade lasagna, crisp green salad and garlic bread and then finished it up with a sweet Italian cream cake.

It was so much fun! Thank you Craig, Kendra and Gannon!
